Living Cyclically – A Fitrah Approach to Women’s Holistic Health
You were designed with divine wisdom, your body, emotions, and spirit moving in harmony with natural rhythms. The Women’s Cycle Health course offers a deeply insightful journey into understanding and embracing these rhythms for greater well-being, balance, and connection with Allah.
Through this course, you’ll explore the four phases of the menstrual cycle, the difference between the male and female biological clocks, and how aligning with your fitra fosters holistic health. Whether you are currently cycling, post-menopausal, or simply seeking to understand cyclical living, this course provides a framework for self-awareness, nourishment, and spiritual reflection.
Recommended Pacing:
This course is for:
Women seeking a deeper connection with their own cycles, whether they are currently menstruating or not.
Men husbands, fathers, brothers, and professionals who want to better understand and support the women in their lives.
Practitioners and professionals looking to integrate a holistic, Islamic perspective on women’s cyclical health into their work.
Recommended Pacing: While this is a recorded course that you can complete at your own pace, we recommend taking 6–7 weeks to engage with each module intentionally. This allows time for reflection, journaling, and applying what you learn to daily life. Each phase of the cycle is explored in depth, and living through at least one full cycle while taking this course will deepen your experience.
Begin your journey today and reconnect with the wisdom embedded in your design.
