You Don’t Have to Carry This Alone

A space to be heard, understood, and supported.

Therapy at Dar al-Shifaa offers a compassionate space to explore what you are carrying, grounded in Islamic Psychology and the Shifaa Method. The method is woven into how we understand the human being, healing, and therapeutic care.

All of our practitioners are certified Shifaa Method practitioners, bringing their own professional expertise while sharing this common foundation. We meet each person with care, presence, and respect for the whole of who they are.

You do not have to have everything figured out before you begin. You can simply begin where you are.

Questions You
Might Have

If you don’t find your answer here, we’re happy to talk. Email us at info@dar-al-shifaa.com, and our team will be happy to help.

Our practitioners support people through a range of emotional, psychological, relational, and life challenges. You do not need to be experiencing a specific diagnosis or crisis to seek support. Therapy can also be a space for self-understanding, personal growth, and navigating periods of change.
Your first session is an opportunity to share what brings you to therapy, get to know your practitioner, and begin exploring what you would like support with. Your practitioner will work with you to understand your needs and establish a therapeutic approach that feels appropriate for your journey.
Our practitioners have different areas of expertise, experiences, and approaches. We encourage you to explore their profiles to find someone whose background and areas of practice resonate with your needs. All Dar al-Shifaa practitioners are certified Shifaa Method practitioners and share a common foundation in Islamic Psychology.
Yes. The Shifaa Method is woven into our approach to therapeutic care and our understanding of the human being. All of our practitioners are certified Shifaa Method practitioners, while bringing their own professional expertise and experience to their work.
